民国年加11年，就对了。
今年事业不是很理想。Do get a job and stay put. From there, we shall see the changes.
Computer programming is not a suitable career but it does help to move on from present situation.

My dear friend, the call is on you to take up or not for those job which come to you. I can understand how hard to work on a job that not really satisfy us. But, just work on first and see the changes from here. So, the main point here is not whether by July that you can get a job but the year for career is weak.
I am not really understand your following question regarding the main star in your Ming Gong. Can you elaborate more detail, where you find out the main star is either Tian Qi or Tian Liang?
